Lyrics

CHORUS: (SING)
*Repeat 8 times
Gonna make it to Heaven
To Heaven

Verse 1:
A new life can’t begin
Without the death of the old one
When you see me
I don’t want you to see the old one
I want you to see the Jesus in me
Imagine the day
Spending eternity
New arms
New legs
Strolling golden streets
Saying what’s up
To the historical peeps
John, Luke
Mark, Matthew
Moses and David too
Then someone so beautiful
Thank you Jesus Christ
For all you went through
A wretched man
Now able to stand with YOU
Many didn’t believe
Even though it was true
But I’m glad that I did
All day PRAISING YOU
Free from sin
Sorrow and suffering
No more killing
Blood spilling
Just peace and joy
Building
With the children
Thanks be to GOD
A brother in the building

CHORUS (SING)
*Repeat 8 times
Gonna make it to Heaven
To Heaven

Verse 2:
Welcome to the Glorious city
With many rooms and mansions
The new Jerusalem
Gates of Pearl
Walls of precious stones
Only one king
That rules on the throne
GOD illuminates
No need for moon and sun
Debt was paid
No room and board
Death destroyed
Angels rejoice
We made the choice
To serve the Lord
No more mourning
No more crying
No more dying
The Word ain’t lying
Satan is trying
To deceive the people
He’s mad and he’s evil
Cause his pride got him and his demon people
Kicked out of Heaven
Accuser of the brethren
But you know what
Jesus
Created Heaven
Just for us
Just to be in the number
So glorious

CHORUS (SING)
*Repeat 8 times
Gonna make it to Heaven
To Heaven
